Job Specifics
- 70% Hunter role for a start
- Develop new long-term profitable and sustainable business through every means of communication
- Plan, direct, and monitor activities of sales team
- Establishing sales KPI and ensuring sales team meets/exceeds sales KPI
- Support key stakeholders and work closely to proactively scour the market for leads generation uncovering unmet industry needs and expanding clientele base
- Develop product knowledge and selling proposition for products
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute sales policies/programs
- Account management and seeing to clients’ needs by providing quality service
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer relations, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility
- Proactively identify and develop beneficial sales relationship for both sides
NORTH SIDE
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry and with related managing experience
- Requires to communicate Chinese with Chinese speaking clients
- Proven sales experience preferably in the frozen meat of food industry
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer behaviour in the sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Results-oriented with a good track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel as when required
- 5.5 days work week
