QUALITY MANAGER

Your key roles and responsibilities will be as follows:


Role Summary:

  • Assist COO in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) & related programs.
  • - Plan and lead internal & external (supplier/customer/ CB) audits on QMS
  • - Plan and lead/participate continual improvement programs
  • - Develop training programs to meet the quality standards & build quality awareness.
  • - Customer Quality communications & monitoring
  • - Internal/External Quality monitoring & controls,
  • - Trains, coaches, guides and motivates the team in Quality matters
  • - Conformance of delivered products
  • - Overall monitoring, managing & improving SEC key quality performances (Internal, Supplier & Customer issues) and Cost-of-Poor-Quality based on data analysis
  • - Ensure all legal standards are met



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and support third parties (Customer, Certification bodies) audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions for internal audits
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of internal & external failures, corrective actions & preventive actions.
  • Measuring, Tracking and improving overall Cost of Poor Quality
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of quality functions.
  • Continuously improvement on internal QA inspection process and procedures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of internal/external failures, corrective actions and preventive actions.
  • Develop training programs to meet the quality standards & build quality awareness.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
  • Perform other tasks that are assigned by the COO.
