Your key roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Role Summary:
- Assist COO in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) & related programs.
- - Plan and lead internal & external (supplier/customer/ CB) audits on QMS
- - Plan and lead/participate continual improvement programs
- - Develop training programs to meet the quality standards & build quality awareness.
- - Customer Quality communications & monitoring
- - Internal/External Quality monitoring & controls,
- - Trains, coaches, guides and motivates the team in Quality matters
- - Conformance of delivered products
- - Overall monitoring, managing & improving SEC key quality performances (Internal, Supplier & Customer issues) and Cost-of-Poor-Quality based on data analysis
- - Ensure all legal standards are met
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support third parties (Customer, Certification bodies) audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions for internal audits
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of internal & external failures, corrective actions & preventive actions.
- Measuring, Tracking and improving overall Cost of Poor Quality
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of quality functions.
- Continuously improvement on internal QA inspection process and procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of internal/external failures, corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Develop training programs to meet the quality standards & build quality awareness.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
- Perform other tasks that are assigned by the COO.
