The individual will develop, organise and conduct relevant training programmes to meet the Company’s business needs. This includes identifying new learning needs of retail staff, develop/ update On-the-Job and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
Responsibilities:
· Review and update in-house training materials regularly to stay relevant to the everchanging retail landscape
· Perform regular shop visits, monitor Mystery Shopper Programme results and customers’ feedback to track training effectiveness
· Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff as well as administration of staff training records
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance
· At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry
· Able to design, develop and conduct classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training programmes
· Familiar with the concepts and guidelines of Total Company Training Plan
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Passion for staff development
