- Manage outsourced Security Guards services and ensure that they perform in accordance to contract at Grade A building standard
- Assist Building Manager to supervise the daily operations of the car park system including contacting vendors when system down and ensure customer usage experience is not compromised
- Stand in as Customer Service Officer as and when necessary
- Attend to tenant's enquiries and requests or feedbacks
- Perform service recovery as and when required, mitigate potential complaints
- Provide general information and directional assistance
- Assist Fire Safety Manager in conducting regular fire safety checks and 6 monthly fire drills
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
