Project Manager (Construction Industry)
- Interpret technical designs and drawings.
- Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
- Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project.
- Liaises with site engineers to ensure smoothly workflow.
- Conducts M&E coordination meeting.
- Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
- Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractor and supplier.
- Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project.
- Prepare floorplans, shop drawing, detailed drawings and as-built.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction industry.
- A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
