Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for web management including SEM, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Develop impactful and engaging content and distribute through the most appropriate channels that resonate with the target audience
  • Implement and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Manage the social media calendar, schedule posts, and develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms.
  • Monitors and administers web analytics dashboards and reports using key reporting tools to highlight important areas based on business requirements.
  • Plan and curate content for livestreams, ensuring relevance, engagement, and adherence to brand messaging.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Brand Building and Marketing Communications
  • Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/ Paid Search (PPC) and in-depth experience with website analytics tools is an advantage
  • Mature, excellent service attitude and well-organized and can work well in a team
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing practices.
  • Basic photography and videography for social media content
  • Independent, analytical and has an eye for details and works well under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and similar content creation tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, adept at meeting tight deadlines.
