- Responsible for ensuring max possible uptime and availability for mechanical, electrical & material handling equipment.
- Supervise and oversee the comprehensive budget allocation and personnel management across departments.
- Ensure seamless and efficient operations in production.
- Manage staff development and training to enhance competency levels.
- In charge of plant and manpower safety.
- Plan, organized, direct optimum day-to-day operations
- Take charge of workplace safety and health initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in the manufacturing sector, with a track record of at least 5 years in a comparable role.
