Responsibilities:
- Understand and accurately convey the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective parents and students.
- Provide detailed information about the school's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
- Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets set by the school.
- Conduct tours of the school campus, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospective families to address their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in school events, open houses, and information sessions to promote the school.
- Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a target-driven environment, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
