Job Description:
- Work with users to translate Quality goals to indicators and reports. This includes working with partners on data definitions, data flow, indicator design and scripting, and report presentation.
- Collaborate with teams to provide insights from organizational datasets to enable transformation of care delivery.
- Support the design and development of future data systems to support the Quality and Safety needs
- Plan and implement initiatives as part of the Quality and Safety Programme
- Oversee and manage operations and administration of all the clinics
- Involve in the strategic planning and implementation of new services as well as quality improvements projects to enhance services.
- Manage staff training and development
- Inventory control and stock take
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any related field
- Strong interest to grow in the healthcare sector.
- Able to work in shifts
