We are looking for a highly efficient and organized individual to assist the PreSchool on various aspects of administrative work, including but not limited to Receptionist Duties, filing and keeping of files, inventory tracking, registering of new students/staff in relevant systems, data entry, scheduling appointments with potential parents and any other duty that may be assigned on a day to day basis in supporting the administrative and operational function of the center.
This role is for individuals who
- possess at least an O Level Certificate
- have some experience in administrative work
- enjoy working in a space where children learn and interact
