- Oversee restaurant daily operations, including food preparation, customer service and cashiering.
- Ensure company's standard operating procedures is adhered.
- Schedule staff work shift and manage manpower cost.
- Ensure overall cleaniness of the restaurant at all times.

Jobs Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and late evenings.
