Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present customized catering proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budgets
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or F&B industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales ordering software
- Knowledge of the Singapore catering market and industry trends is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
