Job Description & Requirements
· Be responsible for managing day to day lifting operations for the project.
· To coordinate and oversee all lifting operation within the work site ensuring compliance with WSH Regulations & project’s HSE procedures.
· Adhere to the Company's Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and standards.
· Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities and ensure that the lifting operations are carried out in a professional, safe & environmentally friendly manner at all times.
· Ensure lifting equipment and lifting accessories are fully inspected, certified and maintained to a high standard.
· Ensure all relevant lifting equipment certification are recorded accurately for input to the Company's data recording system.
· Ensure that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by any mobile/crawler crane
· Work closely with Lifting Supervisor and the Safety Department to identify specific training needs.
Requirement:
· Minimum 5 years of Engineering Experience with Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
· Proactive, independent, able to work with minimum supervision and also work well in a team
· Must have a Lifting Engineer certificate from The Institute of Engineers Singapore, 5-Day Course for Appointed Person - Lifting Operations
