Top 3 Must have skills / Primary skills

1. Enjoys working as part of a team, able to guide and motivate the team

2. Have a strong technical skill in JAVA and Oracle PL/SQL

3. A hands-on mentality, stress resistance.

4. Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

6. Aptitude to learn new applications


No Pega Experience

1. Can consider junior JAVA profiles (min 3 years experience).

2. Singaporean Only due to sensitive data to be handle requires high security clearance



Job Description

1. Develop/enhance/maintain front-end and back-end applications using JAVA and Oracle PL/SQL

2. Develop/enhance/maintain Pega applications

3. Perform application testing and closure of application defects

4. Provide production support to users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.

5. Provide resolution / workaround to issues and problems reported.

6. Liaising with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.

7. Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.

8. Able to develop,enhance and configure application built on Pega

9. Able to develop application using JAVA and Oracle PL/SQL

10. Proactively preventing the occurrence of incidents, problems and errors, via the identification,

investigation and resolution of client and/or organizational Service Management issues

11. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and other third party vendors.

12. Ensure adherence of existing and new processes and process changes for completeness, consistency and

conformity to Service Management documentation standards (including naming standards policy

guidelines, etc)

13. Governance of ITIL disciplines ensuring compliance to industry and internal audit controls are met
