  • Coordinate with department heads to maintain quality standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT and operations teams.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve organizational goals.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively while providing support and feedback.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate IT updates, changes, and strategies effectively across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT and operational strategies with overall business objectives.
