Job Description:
As an MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, and SSIS to create seamless integrations, customizations, and data workflows that enhance our business operations and customer experience. 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Create and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM and SSIS.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM and related technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a MUST.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using the Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Proficiency in SSIS for ETL processes and data integration.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
