We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS to join our Sales & Customer Services Team. The CS will assist the team in providing service to our customers by answering inquiries, addressing customer's issue and processing orders. Responsibilities :
1. Assist The Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support.
2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Accurately process orders, check/print/scan CODO, matching PO while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with others departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
5. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and other team members.
7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
