Pand.ai is a leading AI Chatbot developer for financial institutions and large enterprises in Southeast Asia. Our clients include Allianz, Bangkok Bank, CIMB Bank, Great Eastern, Kerry Logistics, MSIG, Schroders and Tesco, amongst others.As an Associate Project Manager, you will be an essential pillar in orchestrating the development and deployment of our AI Chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a myriad of responsibilities including project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring the seamless progression from project initiation to completion. Your focus will be to steer the project team towards achieving strategic objectives while adhering to quality standards and timelines.Responsibilities
1) Project planning and coordination

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining stages of development, resources required, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles and delays.

2) Stakeholder management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, communicating project goals, objectives, and developments.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through transparent and regular communications.

3) Quality assurance and control

  • Oversee the quality of the project outputs through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Implement quality control processes, ensuring the solutions meet the agreed-upon standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the project.

4) Risk management

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor the project environment and make necessary adjustments to the plan to accommodate changing circumstances.
  • Report on project risks and provide recommendations on how to navigate them.

5) Reporting and documentation

  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and updates.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to collect feedback and derive lessons for future projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the fintech or tech industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
