Job scope
1. Manage and uphold high standards of our clinical service : infection control, dental, radiological, laboratory services.
2. Manage the technical inventory : machinery and equipment, computers etc
3. Property / facility management : clinic maintenance/ repair/ renewal
4. Ensure that MOH, SDA, SDC, PDPC & all other regulatory guidelines are adhered to
5. Supervise Sales and Purchasing of Clinical Inventory
6. Lead the clinical team, taking care of their well-being, manpower planning, training and development, feedback and discipline.
7. Supervise and lead team of senior nurses who hold various administrative and operational responsibilities
Requirements
1. Minimum : diploma holder
2. At least 2 years of work experience as a dental professional or dental assistant.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in a healthcare setting. Candidates with work experience managing a dental practice are preferred.
4. Robust knowledge of dentistry or the dental industry
5. Confident and efficient user of common office software eg. Windows Office, Google Workspace.
6. Good communication skills
7. Good command of the English language.
Package
1. 5 or 5.5 day work week
2. Strong preference for candidates who can work on evenings and Saturdays
3. All Sundays and Public holidays off
