Job description:
We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer with a diverse skill set encompassing basic IT helpdesk support, knowledge of business continuity practices and a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and keep a record of devices, accounts and software license.
- Install and configure softwares on end-user devices.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Prepare user devices, accounts and software licenses according to HR’s notice.
- Support in developing & improving operational procedures in managing IT assets
- and resources, including user devices, accounts and software licenses.
- Assist on IT-related audits and assessments where required.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data from
- unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber attacks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
