Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to drive sales and enhance customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in shaping our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management.
Provide end to end solution comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfilment and coordinate last mile services
Implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, websites etc).
- Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the Principles.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Be involved in occasional events and execute any ad-hoc projects given by superior.
Requirements:
Prior working experience in an e-commerce operations role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
