- Provide support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications.
- Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
- Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related fields
- Good knowledge of ERP, Sales Order, Finance & MRP applications.
- Min. 2 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills. Project management experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Able to work independently, be a good team player and be able to communicate at all levels.
