About the Role
- Effectively drive office activities and regional initiatives that reinforce Aspire Culture and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Support the delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Participate in regional projects that align with our people engagement agenda.
- Manage daily office operations, including access, pantry, maintenance and vendors.
- Oversee business travel policy and process requests.
- Provide executive team support, including lunch order, room setup, and printing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in People Operations or Workplace Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- Based in our Singapore office, and to be onsite whenever needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, proactive, desire to consistently innovate and bring new ideas.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem solving abilities, with high level of accuracy and reliability.
