We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing communications and social media efforts for our platform. As a founding member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy through channels such as live events, trade shows and various online media to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
● Manage and budget marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, both online and offline
● Work with vendors and manage agency relationships to establish brand presence
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content, including graphics, videos, and photography
● Build and manage KAPA’s creative content databases
● Build and manage CRM and loyalty marketing channels
● Brief stakeholders on media and communications agenda
Events:
● Identify key events and tradeshows for the company to achieve presence, plan and manage annual event calendars
● Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth running of events and identify media opportunities
● Establish partnerships with event organisers and online or print media publications, allocate budgets for promotional activities
Social media:
● Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
● Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
● Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
● Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand reach and credibility
● Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication
● Manage and maintain the company’s website and blog, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency of content
● Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan to ensure timely and effective response to brand-related issues
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software, such as HubSpot or Marketo
● Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Certification in social media marketing or a related field
● Experience in the property management industry
● Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
● Experience with email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
● Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
