Responsibilities:
- Conduct investment analysis, research / execution in public equity and private credit, financial modeling, portfolio management, and providing financial insights and recommendations
- Work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assist in the execution of investment strategies
- Run macroeconomic analysis on relevant training projects
- Developing and documenting transaction rationale, including preparation and presentation
- Performing comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
- Participating in marketing and fundraising activities including roadshows, and internal training
- Deal structuring and fundraising
Pre-requisites of role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate investment opportunities
- Knowledge of investments, finance, and corporate finance
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin and Japanese for business dealings
