Main Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve KPI targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Provide tailored solutions and consultations for plants and landscape projects
Sales and Proposals:
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations to secure new projects
Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate landscape projects from conception to completion
Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Diploma in landscape or horticulture-related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the landscape industry.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Class 3 driving license preferred
