Project Description and Components:
This engagement involves establishing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Southeast Asia. The focus is to leverage existing customer relationships, develop a robust sales pipeline, and secure new business opportunities within the region. The main components of the project are:
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline that consistently generates leads and contributes to revenue targets.
- Achieve significant revenue growth through successful acquisition of new clients and expansion within existing accounts.
- Identify and participate in new business development activities to elevate
- brand awareness and drive regional sales goals.
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy tailored for the Southeast Asian market.
- Proactively source and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline for sustained revenue generation.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, nurturing leads, converting opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
- Secure new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals with new clients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for continued revenue growth within these accounts.
- Develop compelling bid proposals and presentations that effectively showcase solutions and address client needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with the regional growth plan for Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure product evolution aligns with market demands and fosters customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and retail partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
