Key Deliverables:
- Identifying key market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer preferences for cosmetics in each target market.
- Creating tailored brand messaging documents for each target market segment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global team to ensure brand messaging aligns with local consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research to inform product assortment and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
