Client: Sales Manager (Defence, Marine)/ Business Development Manager (Enterprise Solution)
Our esteem client is looking for a Sales Manager (Defence, Marine)/ Business Development Manager (Enterprise Solution).
Incumbent is required to build an international business portfolio, maintain, expand, establish and build enterprise strategic growth and partnership. It is paramount to drive international business development and growth.
Job Scope:
- Plan and executeSales business Strategies to achieve technology products and solution portfolio.
- To work with Enterprise clients in creating and delivering innovative solutions and formulate international business development strategies.
- Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services with a well-established sales network and a consultative selling approach.
- Develops a sales plan to deliver revenue growth and targets.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in handling Defence, Marine and Aviation sales.
- Proven track record in Account Management and dealing with Business Stakeholders.
- Experience in handling either Aviation or Defence (Government accounts), Marine Shipyard or Dry Dock.
- Solid selling experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Sales.
- Track record in Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Sales Management, bids and revenue.
- Solid experience in developing Sales pipeline and Sales Planning.
- Demonstrated good Sales Hunting and Farming.
- Good relationship building with customers and business potential.
- Minimum 5 years of International Sales/ Enterprise Solution Sales experience.
- Track record in handling Sales in Defence (Government), Avaiation or Maine industry domain.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work under stressful environment.
