Finance:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze finance statements, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations,
- Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
- Stay update on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Admin:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in finance and/or human resources roles, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
- Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
