- Provide administrative duties but not limiting to purchasing and managing of office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and records, administering of tenders, handling the staff onboarding and exiting matters, preparing of summons and arrears management.
- Involved in working with the team to provide good customer service to the walk-in residents, handling in-bound calls and feedbacks.
- Required to prepare monthly submission reports for reporting purposes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Possesses a minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year of administrative experience with good customer service.
- Able to work together as a team.
- Possesses strong MS Office skills.
- Working on Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday.
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
