We are looking for a qualified Admin Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join us and achieve our goals. You are highly organised and detail-oriented with extensive experience in the administrative and clerical field.
Roles
1. Compliing monthly sales reports
2. Provide clerical and organisational support to agents and channel marketers.
3. Track oders and process paperwork.
4. Entering and updating information and data into relevant databases
5. Update databases and customer feedback.
6. Communicate customer feedback.
7. Ensure services are delivered on-time.
8. Monitor and report performance on a regular basis.
Requirements
1. Background in adminstrative tasks including data management and of sales processess and procedures.
2. Maintaining customer relationships through adminstrative tasks.
3. A team player with high level of dedication.
4. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
5. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
1 Strong written and spoken English.
2. More than 2 years of relevant experience and a professional diploma.
3. For applicants without the requisite experience is necessary to have a bachelor's degree in business administration.
4. You must have strong computer skills, as your duties entail filing orders and completing sales-related paperwork.
5. Experience in using customer relationship managment (CRM) software and MS office.
