We are seeking a talented and dynamic dance instructor who is fluent in both Chinese and English to join our studio.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach various dance styles and manage multiple aspects of our studio operations.
Dance Styles to Teach:
- K-pop
- Jazz
- Girls' Style
- TikTok Videos
- High Heels (optional)
- Hip Hop (optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach dance classes in both Chinese and English.
- Learn and incorporate new dance styles as needed.
- Manage social media accounts for the studio.
- Enroll new students and handle administrative tasks.
- Monitor and report on class and student progress.
- Work flexible shifts according to studio demand.
- Manage studio when senior teachers are travelling or on leave.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Proficient in K-pop, Jazz, Girls' Style, and TikTok dance styles.
- Willingness to learn new dance styles.
- Strong social media management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work different shifts as required by the studio.
