Tasks:
- Work with System Engineers and vendors to resolve customers' technical problems
- Ensure support cases are tracked and duly closed
- Manage support cases through the use of SAP and support ticketing system
- Work closely with various teams, eg. Sales, Logistics and subsidiaries to manage the handling of repair items
- Analysis of support and repair data
- Sharing of preventive measures with Engineers and Customers to reduce equipment failures
Qualifications:
- At least a diploma in Electronics engineering
- Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience
- Knowledge in RF & EMC is an advantage
- Working knowledge in SAP a plus
