Your background
- Experienced and dynamic Project Manager
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization
- Strong technology delivery capability, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving
- Agile planning and delivery experience would be beneficial
- Experience with project governance framework and routines
- Knowledge of Banking or Global Markets domain – Products and technology advantageous
- Ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders
- Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making
- Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup would be beneficial

Bank of America has embarked on a multi-year Global Payments Transformation journey to be competitive in the market by offering state of the art Real-Time Payments solutions to clients. At the core of this transformation is a vendor based Real-Time Payments platform. The Global Payments Transformation is in its 3rd year of execution and has rolled out solutions to Hong Kong, Indonesia & SEPA. As a further injection to the GPT Program, additional countries have been added via a multi-year GPS International Strategy Program.
What you will do
- Project Manager for Global Payments Solutions PM team
- Responsible for executing individual projects within the Global Payments Transformation Program
- Work closely with global technology teams to co-ordinate project execution
- Management of the project budgets
- Work to fast paced timelines
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, operating with influence and executive presence
- Run project governance routines
- Work closely with the GPS APAC PMO
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills and execution. Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
- Adherence to global project governance standards, documentation
