Your background
- Experienced and dynamic Program Manager
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization
- Strong technology, Business & Operational delivery capability, solution design & project execution
- Agile planning and delivery experience desirable
- Experience with project governance framework and routines
- Experience with senior global stakeholder & Regulator management
- Knowledge of Banking or Global Markets domain – Products and technology advantageous
- Good understanding of real-time payments and the technologies used to drive them
- Ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward
- Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making
What you can expect
Bank of America has embarked on a multi-year Global Payments Solutions International Strategy initiative whereby a huge portfolio of business enablement projects will be implemented. The initial APAC portfolio covers >20 new projects over 3 years with additional new projects in the pipeline for year 3 onwards. The projects cover a wide range of payments initiatives, primarily in the real-time payments space .
What you will do
- APAC Project Manager for International Strategy Program
- Responsible for APAC Project oversight
- Work closely with global PMO team
- Overall APAC oversight of Program Financials, Governance, Reporting & Delivery
- Work to fast paced timelines
- Work closely with regional stakeholders
- Run regional Program governance routines
- Work closely with the GBT APAC PMO team
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills and execution. Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
- Adherence to global project governance standards, documentation
