We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Accounts & Admin Assistant/Executive who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check & prepare all AP
- Prepare invoicing and payments (largely cross-border), etc.
- Check and update payment records in accounting system
- Coordinate with Ops team on new customers' requirements
- Daily data update and documents e-filing on systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in similar role, especially in accounts handling AP
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proactive Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
- Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in teams
- Experience in Xero will be helpful
