Our client is a leading player in an automotive industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties:
- Provide phone support for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and service excellence.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with service appointments via an e-booking system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in various systems/databases for future reference and follow-up.
- Follow up with customers who miss appointments to reschedule.
- Perform office tasks such as filing, sorting documents, photocopying, and recording.
- Ensure customer care meets CSI standards, with SSS completed the same day.
- Attend weekly meetings with the service manager for feedback and service gap identification.
