Join our global team to help design, implement, improve, and operate our worldwide Internet Breakouts as well as the VPN Services for Bosch Users and partners. Ensure that the security infrastructure deployment and configurations align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational security policies. Provide Level-2/Level-3 Support for our service portfolio, including shared on-call duty (remote). Collaborate closely with our Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders. Initiate, manage, and implement changes to our security infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate worldwide Internet Breakouts and VPN Services for Bosch Users and partners.
- Ensure security infrastructure deployments and configurations comply with industry standards, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
- Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for the service portfolio, including participation in shared on-call duty (remote).
- Work closely with Architects, Engineers, internal customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Initiate, manage, and implement changes to the security infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, NAT, Routing, Web protocols, and SSL.
- Advanced knowledge in networking technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
- Advanced knowledge in VPN technologies (e.g., IPSEC, SSL-VPN).
- Broad knowledge of basic network and security concepts and implementations (NAT, DNS, Firewalling, ACLs, etc.).
- Experience with major hardware and software platforms from Cisco (ASA/Firepower, IOS, IOS-XE).
- Beneficial knowledge in software-driven networking and network automation (Python, Ansible, CI/CD, GIT, Scripting, etc.).
- Experienced in troubleshooting with packet capture and related tools.
- Confident in handling both Linux and Windows systems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with highly capable, international, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- High degree of creativity, pioneering spirit, and implementation strength.
