As a Site Supervisor for an Electrical & Minor Construction company, your role would encompass overseeing both electrical installations and minor construction projects. Electrical Installations: Supervising the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and other electrical components according to specifications and safety standards.
Minor Construction Projects: Managing minor construction activities such as renovations, repairs, or additions to existing structures, ensuring work meets quality and safety requirements.
Team Supervision: Directly supervising electricians, construction workers, and subcontractors on site, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all electrical and construction work complies with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a safe work environment
Material and Equipment Management: Overseeing the procurement and use of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for electrical and construction work on site.
Project Coordination ,Documentation and Reporting & Problem-solving.This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in electrical systems and construction methods, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
