Our client is a leading player in an automotive industry. They are looking for a Admin Assistant to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties:
- Assist Aftersales/Service Manager with administrative tasks and paperwork.
- Prepare documents for approval and monitor leave and overtime submissions.
- Update customer data and submit warranty claims.
- Coordinate with the call centre to handle customer requests.
- Follow up on feedback and requests for service assistants and advisors.
Requirements:
- Min 1 years of relavant experience
