Job Descriptions:
1. Provide sales administration support & handle all areas & aspects of CRM(Customers Relationship Management).
2. Attend general sales enquiries.
3. Liaise with customers & suppliers.
4. Generation of invoices & delivery orders.
5. Generation of sales quotations & purchase orders.
6. Handle inventory, shipping logistics & freight forwarders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office, IT savvy & fast typing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good spoken & written communication skill.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Pleasant & cheerful personality.
- Able to work alone & to handle office operation independently without supervision.
- Must have initiative, resilience, self-motivated, hardworking, mature in thinking & able to work under pressure.
- Strong co-ordination skill & interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
