We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Construction Manager to join the PM Group team. For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This is a significant Pharmaceutical project and will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has seen large-scale projects through to completion.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 10 years of experience, ideally in a pharma environment
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost control and management, performance measurement and project scheduling.
- Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
- Undertaken multiple projects within the Life Sciences, or Food, Mission Critical & Data-Centres, etc.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
