Job description:
- Follow directions provided by the Cold Kitchen Team Lead.
- Assemble and plate food that meets standards.
- Cleaning and washing of kitchen and catering equipment.
- Keep kitchen work area safe and sanitary.
- Assist other Chefs with their duties.
- Maintain daily mise en place and prepare ingredients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in food establishment.
- Possess WSQ Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
- Able to work well in a team.
