Brand Marketing Manager

· Manage ATL and BTL campaign materials, marketing communications, and POS production & shop front communications to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position.

· Understand consumer insights, creating points of competitive/ product differentiation, driving sales, demand generation

· Brief media agencies and manage media buy efficiency to maximize effectiveness. This includes analysis of post marketing results.

· Integrate holistic marketing for ATL, BTL and launches effectively. Measure marketing and media ROI efficiency through media buy reports.

· Co-work with superstore on Customer Relationship Management and co-op program to up-sell Samsung products

· Drive TV/AV product launches and marketing communications materials production, especially during launches, festive promotions.

· Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager for all product positioning, and marketing communications materials adaption

Media and agency management.

· Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.

· Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments, PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.

· Communication strategy setting, perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.

· Campaign planning, drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.

· Brand strategy development] Provide a specific direction on the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.

· Management of integrated marketing program] Manage to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (PR, customer communication materials, events and etc.) can be carried out within a consistent message and a consistent tone and manner.

· May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members

· Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome


· Bachelor degree in the field of business management, marketing or equivalent.

· At least 10 years of work experience, preferably in brand marketing

· Experienced in managing a team of direct reports.

· Strong Customer Focus and effective in planning and organizing.

Team player with a spontaneous attitude and communicate effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment.
