Responsibilities:
- Discover new market opportunities and close contracts sales opportunities.
- Track potential and current projects for engagement.
- Carry out preparing sales quotes and proposals according to the customer needs.
- Address any project-related issues and coordinate with the operations for smooth delivery and returns.
- Enhance service efficiency by collaborating with other departments.
- Assist with the receivable collection process.
- Update the Director on sales progress and marketing efforts.
- Creating a sales strategy to ensure the target is met on a monthly, quarterly, yearly annually.
- Conduct training for sales staff and monitor their performance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of Sales working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
