Responsibilities
• Service Excellence, Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills
• To complete quality signups in the TMS system.
• To assist in centre operations whenever requested by Centre Manager or Operations Manager.
• To enter existing classes and upsell our courses.
• To maintain a service oriented and positive attitude towards colleagues and learners.
• Any other duties assigned by your direct superiors or the Senior Management of the Company.
Requirements
• 1-2 Years sales experience and with a willing learn attitude
• Enjoy meeting new people and communicate with customers of all level
• Good communication skills with an outgoing personality, dialect is a plus
• Sales driven and result oriented
• Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
• Able to build to your own team is a plus
• Mandarin-speaking will be a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
