Contract: 2 years
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: Up to $3700 + Completion Bonus
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Tenancy Relationship Management team in respective malls' Management Office in terms of lease management and administration work.
- Preparation of various lease documentation (such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy and License Agreements), tracking of lease status and timely maintenance of tenancy records.
- Liaise with lawyers on tenancy documents, pre-termination and/or novation of leases and compliance matters (e.g. stamping of tenancy documents).
- Liaise and co-ordinate with Tenancy Relationship Management team in respective malls' Centre Management Office as well as other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants.
Requirements
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
- Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage
