Legal Executive (HDB / Private Conveyancing)
Requirements:
· At least 5 years’ working experience
· Liaising with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, clients and related parties on various conveyancing matters
· Assist in legal, development and enbloc matters
· Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints
· Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude
· Familiarity with practice and document management systems (preferred)
