Our client is hiring a Leasing & Facilities Executive to support operations. Office location at Aljunied. This is a permanent post.
Responsibilities:
Attend to all facilities related issues to ensure that properties are in tenantable condition.
- To schedule maintenance works
- Plan projects upgrading works and renovation
- Review maintenance contract specifications for necessary approval by the head of departments
- Conduct inspection of all properties to ensure that they are in good condition
- Assist the Manager in Capex and Opex planning.
- Office Management for Head Office
Leasing: Attend to all leasing matters relating to the Group’s owned or leased properties based on the leasing life cycle.
- Lease out and manage the properties, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, securing and attending to all tenancy related matters.
- Manage the properties to ensure that they are intenantable condition and attend to facilities-related issues.
- Draft and review tenancy agreements.
- Handle rental arrears.
- Establish, develop and manage long-term customer relationships in order to maintain good landlord and tenant relationships.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management
- 1 year of working experience in leasing & building management.
- Familiar with Procurement
- Knowledge of MS Office
- With good communication and teamwork ability
